24 Seven is partnering up with a well-known company in Portland, OR to help them find a Marketing Admin Assistant to join their team in this hybrid position! This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and sick time.

Ideal Candidate: will have 1-3 years of  Administrative or Marketing Operations experience and be proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

As a member of the Brand Marketing Operations team, the Marketing Admin Assistant holds the responsibility of aiding the team by managing timelines and calendars, maintaining updated resources, assisting with marketing projects and procedures, and ensuring effective communication across the entire marketing organization.

A strong candidate will exhibit proactive initiative to accomplish tasks accurately, possesses organizational skills, demonstrates natural problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills, and excels both in teamwork and independent work settings.

Responsibilities: 
- Assist the VP of Marketing and marketing leadership team with calendar management, meeting coordination, note-taking, data compilation, and special projects.
- Coordinate and conduct Marketing team meetings, handling tasks such as creating/editing PowerPoint presentations, scheduling calendars, setting agendas, taking notes, sending summaries, and guiding discussions
- Plan and execute team functions, events, and team outings
- Create and manage reference materials for the marketing team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, empowering them to excel in their work.
- Execute critical planning dates and milestones by ensuring calendar invites are sent
-  Support Marketing team’s internal product ordering.
- Help to create barcodes, estimate redemption, support budget and forecasting, and verify coupon design is accurate.
- Collaborate with the manager to organize all incoming and outgoing tasks, from requisition creation and purchase orders to invoice processing.
- Champion Marketing within the organization. Lead and coordinate Marketing Newsletter entries and other updates to share broadly with colleagues.
- Organize team resources and documents in SharePoint/Teams/other shared spaces
  
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Associates Degree (Preferred but not required) 
•    1-3 years of Administrative or Marketing Operations experience
•    Proficient in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
